David Kraus

President and Chief Scientific Officer

David is a Clinical Psychologist, as well as an accomplished researcher on the assessment and treatment of behavioral health issues. He developed the Treatment Outcome Package (TOP) psychological tool in the 1990s and since then it has been used with great success by mental health organizations, private therapists and child welfare agencies. In 2011, David was awarded a patent for using medical treatment outcomes data to direct matched referrals. David received a BA from Oberlin College and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University

JoAnn Bouzan

Vice President Operations and Personnel

JoAnn has been a part of Outcome Referrals since 1997 and oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. She plays an essential role in creating and maintaining client relationships. Before joining Outcome Referrals, JoAnn taught junior high school English and French for 30 years and was also an Assistant Principal. JoAnn is a graduate of Framingham State University.

Christi Miller

Deep expertise in program management, business and operations improvement and expansion; I proactively implement optimal tools, alliances, collaborations and partnerships to drive complex programs to successful conclusion. Broad life sciences and healthcare experience; knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas (behavioral health, global health, infectious disease, cardiovascular/metabolic, GI, oncology, neuro) large and small molecule, genomics, diagnostics, devices.
